At Wharton, near Winsford, local residents have been able to 'Step Back in Time' this summer with a major display of local photographs at Wharton Library gathered together by library staff with the help of local people. Among the many images still on display at the library is this evocative picture of a holiday party on the 'Cheshire Broads'
